LG Optimus 3D 2 to Launch in 2012
Get ready for something more with the next LG Optimus 3D 2.
Despite the fact that the LG Optimus 3D 2 will seemingly cheer up most fans of the mobile handheld device, some still worry about the battery issue encountered with the original device.
It’s no secret that the LG Optimus 3D can’t even last up to 12 hours. That said, no matter how rich of features the phone is, nobody will seemingly want to buy a mobile phone that will go off in just half a day.
Speaking of features, this next generation smartphone from the Korean manufacturer is very likely to offer what the smartphone market has yet to offer. As quoted from Dr. Henry Noh, LG, it feels boring that most of today’s smartphone devices offer similar features such as a 4.3” – or even larger – screen, adequate number of touch buttons, similar cameras, similar OSs and even similar thickness. He also claimed that LG was making this next device slimmer, but not necessarily to make it lose its main selling features, of course.
With the LG Optimus 3D 2, which is very likely to launch in 2012, you’ll need no more annoying glasses to view 3D contents. However, compared to HTC EVO 3D which also offers glassless 3D, this offering from LG may turn prospective buyers away and head to HTC instead in terms of glassless 3D. This is due to the quality loss encountered when photos or videos are converted into 3D. At least, that’s what happened with the original version of the device. Let’s hope its successor have something better to offer.
