The 8 Most Extreme Car Modifications
Car modification is often something that will attract nearly all people around the globe and these modifications will prove it even more.
1. Ford Mustang Pool Table
Who says an old car is likely of no use any longer? This 1965 Ford Mustang proves that wrong. Featuring official Ford licensing, chrome accents and functioning headlights, this is a pool table that won’t be seen anywhere else in the world. Fortunately, it can be bought by a collector or anyone with $15,000 around. However, one thing to note is that this car is not the same length of a regular 1965 Ford Mustang. The middle part of it has been shortened so that it meets the standard length required in the regulation of a pool table.
2. Mercedes-Benz C-Class Piggy
If you own a luxurious sedan worth at least $60,000, I bet you won’t do the same as the owner of this Mercedes-Benz does. Featuring a couple of giant sized ears in addition to a couple of big nostrils and a curly tail, you are least likely to miss this particular Mercedes-Benz C-Class. Judging by the design and color, this luxurious sedan will surely fit those huge fans of the movies Ronin and Babe.
3. VW Beetle – Or Turtle, Should I Say?
Well, in case you don’t really like beetles, after all, you may as well favor turtles. This is what seems to be on the mind of the owner of this Volkswagen Beetle when he decided to turn his car into a turtle. Well, speed is surely not something that the owner is trying to show off here. However, this is a turtle that won’t hide its heads under its shell no matter what happens, even if there is an incoming storm or rain.
4. VW Topsy-Turvy Bug
Now here comes another bug from VW. Looking like a Roger Rabbit, it is a surefire that this car is going to be an eye catcher in most parades. Unfortunately, though, driving it on legal roads will require special permission from the authorities. Still, it’s a unique car to witness. Hey, wait, are those legs above the car? Whoaaa!
5. Japanese Batmobile
It seems that Japanese people are huge fans of the comic superhero Batman, too. At least, the owner of this Toyota van proves it. Painting the van purple, the owner modifies the Toyota in such a way that it somehow looks like a Batmobile indeed. You can even see the Batman Forever movie poster on one side of the car. What a nice touch!
If the devil wears Prada, will you even think of wearing this shoe to the office? Well, it is aerodynamic indeed, though, and it is also sleek besides sophisticated. Wearing this classic stiletto-mobile, you may well expect other women to envy you because they aren’t likely to get the same shoe no matter where they look for it.
7. Military Hummer
The Californian owner of this Hummer doesn’t seem to be satisfied with what the US car manufacturer that produces the Hummer can offer. Thus, he makes his Hummer look ready to get into some serious warfare. Instead of a set of wheels, his Hummer counts on 4 units of bonafide caterpillar tracks to conquer the surrounding environment, no matter how harsh it could be. Is it extravagant, or, is it practical? You decide.
8. Xbox Driver
If you are a true game enthusiast, chances are you will want one of this Xbox kit for your steering wheel. The kit comes equipped with green LEDs, Xbox controllers and even an in-dash replica of the very well known video game console from Microsoft.
